Section 68
Tenure, Remuneration and Conditions of Service of Members of Appellate Tribunal
(1) The term of office of a member of the Appellate Tribunal shall be five years and he may be re-appointed.
(2) The remuneration and other conditions of service of the members of the Appellate Tribunal shall be as prescribed.
(3) After being appointed, the member of the Appellate Tribunal shall take the oath before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in the prescribed format.
